We ship nationwide and offer both standard and expedited shipping options. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that shipping times may vary based on location and shipping method. BAM! Let’s Mahjong is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or any circumstances beyond our control.

Please note that once a preorder is placed, we are unable to accommodate product exchanges or refunds, even in the event of manufacturer delays. By placing a preorder, you acknowledge that delivery dates may change based on production and shipping factors.

All orders are final once placed. We do not accept returns or exchanges. While we package and ship your order with the utmost care to ensure safe delivery, unforeseen shipping issues may occur. Should your order arrive damaged, or if there is any other issue, please follow the instructions in our “Returns” section.

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on any order unless the item arrives damaged. If your item is damaged during shipping, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your package. Please provide a detailed description of the damage, along with clear photographs of the item(s) and the packaging. After review, our customer support team will guide you through the return process, if applicable. All approved returns must be in their original packaging and include any accessories or promotional materials.

For packages lost in transit, we will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier. You may be eligible for a replacement or a full refund, pending carrier confirmation.
